Kafilah Abimbola Buraimoh is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in Nigeria. She also holds Master’s Degrees from ABU and Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh, in Human Resources and Strategy, respectively. She is a seasoned professional with experience spanning almost 20 years in the midstream and downstream Oil and Gas sector. She is a public servant and works with the Federal Government of Nigeria.
She is a devoted Muslim, who is passionate about the deen and guided by the Holy Quran and the hadith of the Prophet, Rasulullah (SAW) in her everyday life. She is particularly passionate about giving, an act of ibadah that she believes brings closeness and security to people in society.
Having seen how feeding people in the communities she has lived in has helped alleviate the burdens of the people and assured them of love, she decided on starting a charity to feed the poor, with support from those who share the same vision. This of course gave birth to “Feed 1 Charity”, early in the year 2023.
